This has been an ongoing problem dating back to October if not earlier there are lots of threads about it and here is what you get for the responses to it.

Rinder, you should email them...9 days is too long for Shutterstock. They've always had a decent review time.
Wonder if the economic crisis is hitting them too, and they are having to cut back on staff. Would make sense. I'm sure they aren't immune to the economic woes and they aren't likely to tell us that's the reason.
If that be the case, it's understandable.

With a lot of IS exclusives going indy I'm not surprised to see this. Mind you that this is happening all around, not just on SS.

Not true CSP was reviewing batches yesterday in less then ten minutes if not quicker. |

And I don't mind the wait actualy, as long as the process does not let me down (rejections) |
