Hi all,

Can you comment on these in terms of framing, composition, commercial value for first 10 submission? I think they are all tack sharp. Will post crops if they are acceptable.

Thanks again for helping me and all of us here.

Only one specific question on the big empty sign. What would work best the low angle or same level?

Cheers.

2 more - I just noticed the little dip of the fence on the right side. Will correct that on final version then.

Where are those Crops at?

Lifebuoy comp because of the building running through the middle as well as copyright because of the building and lighting.

Empty road sign works best from straight on.

Signs are not permitted due to framing cropping and or composition as well as copyright because of the cars being to recognizable.

No fishing could work?

LOL. I mentioned I would post crops once I knew which ones would be accepted on framing etc.

Lets say I crop out the cars, what is wrong with the composition? I positioned the shot like this to show the fence on two sides.

If I only crop the sign out showing wall, would that be ok?

The no fishing is OOF with fringing around the letters.

A little fringe on the empty sign.

And the signs not permitted may be better isolated.

Remember signs are everywhere and there are tons here i have some and some sell and others dont but you have no idea.

You mean put it on white background or crop the wall differently?

For the lifebuoy, this might be one time to take along a stepladder and shoot down, lol. That way you could get just the water & maybe the grass as background. As it is, I started immediately wondering what the buildings had to do with the lifebuoy.

In Signs Are Not Permitted, the main thing is the scene behind the railing is messy, cars or no. If you could isolate the railing, it might work, but I'm not sure it would be worth the trouble. Funny-sign shots are a staple on the Internet, but I'm not sure they really sell. At least this one hasn't—it's been up for 5 years and has only a handful of DL's.

Fixed loads of stuff. On the fishing sign someting must have gone wrong on the processing because I think with the new photo it is sharp.

Isolated the no signs sign and removed the building on the lifebuoy.
