not sure if this is the right place to post, but lately i have been asked to login almost on a daily basis, and i am so annoyed with the last part of it...why do we have to enter those really hard to read letters/symbols whatever you call it!?
it would be sooo nice if we could skip that part!:) |

I like to use mobile to get into the SS to read the updating of my account, it's really a disaster to enter the security code:( |

They most likely are not going to change or stop doing this. I believe they did it to stop the mass uploader programs. I do agree that they could make it easier for us to read by using a different program instead of Captcha where the words are rather easy and plain to read which would still stop the mass uploader programs.
I just don't log out of Shutterstock and that seems to cut down on the signing in all the time. I usually just have to sign in again if I go to my account from another computer I may be using. |

I never log out and it used to be ok but now I need to log in every time.It never seems to work on the first attempt either no matter how carefully I enter the words. |

It seems like if I am inactive for 6 hours (but still logged on), I have to log in again. This Captcha crap is a terrible thing, anyway, and whomever thought it up should be run out of town on a rail naked--hangin's too good for 'em. |

Took me six tries today to get in. The stupid captcha letters were about unreadable. |

Please, SS, either let us stay logged on or make the Captcha words halfway legible. Those black blobs obscuring the letters are for the birds. Have a heart for your ol' contributors! |

It took me nearly half an hour to login from a different machine yesterday. Nothing was readable. In several cases both words were obscured by black blobs. This is beyond a joke. |

Must be an overseas thing, I haven't had to log in for days. Odd how that works?
Only time I get asked again is if I go to a different computer or login from the laptop out of the office.
Then I need to set back to my local IP address when I come back again.
Just guessing that my IP address stays constant at work, so I don't get a new one. The people who are asked over and over, may have an constantly changing IP address. |
