Looking good, but 100% crops would help us for focus, etc. 108 could use some cleaning up to make background all white.

But very nice work so far.

nice work. As jeff said it is worth making the almost white backgrounds all white (dodge tool on highlights or similar). Also some you reduced there commercial value by tight cropping. Green eye makeup girl could be downsized as it is a bit soft.

Yes, 108 and the green eyed girl are soft, eyes need to be absolutely sharp.

I agree. Good work but the focus needs to be razor sharp in the eye for the shots. Not all are soft but just something to watch before submitting. The reviewers look at images at 100% to check for focus. If you get those good and sharp I see no problems with you getting accepted.

996 and 1513 are soft, right?

And what about the male pictures? what do you think about those?

man running . Make the background white. Black and white torso- generally no black and white first ten. Nice lighting. Cropping limits commercial value.

there are some very Major world class Glamour shooters here but good job. Fix the man running and i think he will outsell the girls.because he's doing something. Lifestyle way outsells glamour nowdays.do a search for beauty and glamour."super" glamour is pretty specific to magazine output and gets dated quickly . Normal folks in situations sell very well all the time.Remember cost effectiveness in penny stock is your friend.Nice work. One of my cracked face old ladies sells a 1000 to one over my 1500 glamour girls. But so does my woman blowing her nose or brushing her teeth. LOL

You will have no trouble getting accepted, Just remember to get "stocky" best of luck.also, really look at your isolations carefully. there are some missed places.best in camera.

Beautiful work. Here's what we mean by cleaning up the background. Note that everything that is supposed to be background should be displayed as white. That which is not should be cleaned up. You don't necessarily have to have a white BG. But if you go for a single color isolation whatever color you select should be even across the entire image. It looks like you were going for a neutral gray BG on the runner, but here's what you ended up with. As Laurin said, this is a good shot and should be a great seller. Just smooth out the background.

Hi there,

could anyone explain to me how you check for uneven backgrounds? How do you achieve the "test images" above?

I only have one single "isolation" shot of a cat in my port. When I submitted it, I didn't care a bit about BG issues and still don't know if it's clean at all or how to check for it.

Thanks for the advice,

Christian
