I think I have the simpliest question: I opened an account on shutterstock, made a payment of "images on demand" and see now 60/60 downloads left on my account.
But if I try to download now an image on shutterstock, I always get the message "Get the freedom of an Enhanced License!", and the systems wants me to make another payment.
Can someone help me, how I can download images, that I paid for?

Make sure you click the correct download version of the file, do not click on the EL button for an extended license.

I have only one possibility to click: Download.
There is on button called "EL".

Maybe I bought the wrong license, 'cause if I want to download pictures and not vector graphics, I get different download possibilities in green (allowed) and grey (not allowed).
Which is the right license for downloading vector graphics?

I do not know Rimadeta, I am only contributing as a photographer, I do not buy the images. But there are loads of people here who know all all about SS, and I am sure someone can answer your question.

I got it!
I had the wrong license. I had to choose the 25-day-license incl. vector graphics.
