I just happened to drop by Dave Hill's website. I remembered a while back that he was getting more into black and white stuff and since it had been a while, I decided to see what he was up to lately. Pretty good stuff IMO. Some of his black and white stuff reminds me of the 70s. I LOVE the "grain/noise" in some of the shots, stock photography be damned! ;)
Laurin, I could be wrong but I think you'll like some of these:

That is funny, because it is what he repeatedly asks :-)
Of course he is better after he has taken his meds! |

Thank you Perry for your appreciation! The photo is from a commissioned book (http://it.blurb.com/bookstore/invited/1798896/2d18a9217e86aa159901ca448f14c1b4). The car is a 1954 Jaguar, and I found a place in Tuscany that could be unchanged since the 1950s, with wooden poles, unpaved road and even horse riders.

P.S. in a few days I will announce this personal book-making service for the participants to the next edition of the 1000 Miglia historic cars race, that will take place on May 16th to 19th. |
