I think it looks sharp in some areas but your DOF is too shallow.
I'll leave this one for the experts to critique.

You missed focus completely by not understanding DOF. The stamen of a Plant is like the eye of a portrait. It must be TACK sharp.All of it. heres how sharp it has to be. This is 100% crop. And barrys right. no flowers for first 10 unless they are spectacular in focus and Lighting.......And Uniqueness.
