How way I increase more words in the caption. It is only possible 200 characters. I submitted a picture and I was asked to add names and positions.

Happens that are five names and last names and with the other informations it overcomes a lot of these 200 characters.

Thank You in advance for your informations.

You can't. It sounds like your image is an editorial one and you need to have specific information in the description. There is that 200 character limit and you cannot go over that.

I suggest posting the image along with the caption you have so far and what the reviewer wanted so we can give you a hand editing it.

There's a lot of this going around now!

Happened to me as well like this.

Please describe about the image individually and then add newsworthy statement. Do not use same caption for all images. Thanks

If i were to do that i would exceed the 200 character limit on every one that i have.

I posted mine in the general forum.

I've been in the same situation, have to cut words to make it under 200. All those names and what they do, really makes it tough doesn't it?

RIO DE JANEIRO – MARCH 31: Luiz Veloso, Diamantino Nunes, Julio Lopes and Nilo Felix, Brazilian authorities in the living room of the event Kids Bike Tour. Event Kids Bike Tour March 31, 2012 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Cut the redundant name of event, we should assume the authorities are from Brazil, (unless otherwise) and it says so at the end, and living room? It's not important where they are standing as much as who they are and what's going on. We can assume it's an "event"? Drop the "and", this isn't about writing a correct sentence, with all the parts of speech, it's a caption.

Add a title for each person if possible in the space you now gained. (made some up, if they all need titles?) Rough count 185 characters. Not perfect, but that's what I'd do. If two have the same position, you gain some more. If they are all the same, Board of Directors, you could save some? I don't have the details, but you can work with making it shorter?

What is Kids Bike Tour? - charity event - is 15 more for example, that's 200.
