After that problem. Now also half of my portfolio disapeared! ive searched on submitter name and on key words but there not there. How long is this going too stay like this?

btw some of them already sold!

I have an instance where the newest image in the 'potatoes, sack' search is way newer than mine by some 20000 places. It's pointless to spend all the time, money and effort to buy props/set-up/shoot/post-process/keyword/upload just for it to be a complete waste.

Shutterstock, please let us know what is happening and when we can expect this to be fixed?

3 of my images approved a week ago are still not showing up in portfolio. I can search if I search by the image ID. Very frustrating.

Just had 10 images go missing this morning and now i have to waste more of my time to look up the image numbers to images that were already in my port and yet they just up and disappeared!

This thread was started almost 6 months ago and yet the original thread that got this one started was probably going on for another 6 months.

So after a year of numerous complaints of images missing and the Forumguru saying they are working on it they still haven't fixed it!

I dont know how SS works but in most Businesses if you cant do your job in a timely fashion and complete it without any comebacks with at least an 80% or greater fixed repair rate you can kiss your job goodbye.

So as i see it the repair rate for this ongoing problem is <5% and yet i guess the same people are working on fixing something that must be over their head.

Some of the photos of my Port. returned but still arent able to be found in search. The above numbered aproved photos are still not in my portfolio, though some new uploads are already there
