My approved photos are not porting over to Bigstock as they once did. I went to Bigstock to upload them and was told not to because they are synchronized with Shutterstock.
What's going on? |

Same problem. My latest 9 images have never shown in my port here and have not transferred to Bigstock,
Not only that, but I've just realised that the previous couple of batches that are approved and selling here, also don't show up in my portfolio on BS. Very frustrating, particularly as 8 of the images are time sensitive - Titanic Memorial in Southampton, UK.
Come on Shutterstock - fix the problems or, at least, give us a timescale. |

A bit off topic, but how do I get my photos on SS to flow into BS? Do I need to openup an account there and link it to SS? |

you have to be one of the chosen few that SS picked out.
So you will not get to bridge till they open it to everyone. |

Thanks Barry, BS customer service told me the same. So I just opened up an account there and will start uploading. |
