Yes missing more tha 50 approved images from my gallery. How does Shutterstock expect to generate sales if the images are not visable. Still no response from administration? Has anyone heard anything? |

Yes this is really worrisome, I for once won't be uploading anymore at shutterstock until I see this is completely fixed.
Shutterstock won't really care about that as I'm just a on the side hobby uploader that doesn't generate much money, but I hope some of the bigger guys can do the same. |

tomorrow will be one week that my complete last approved selection is missing...about 40 photos...
however...today ' ve sold one of those that are missing from my portfolio...how is possible??? |

It looks like for some reason the images are just disappearing from your gallery but are not gone from the database so they are still searchable. |

Your experience is absolutely the exact same for me too. I tried to figure out why the RELEVANT button worked but gave up in the end - it has gotta be a bug. |

I have same problem. All Approved images from 2nd April disappeared completely. I can't find my images by searching or linking via my gallery, I tried all kind of sorting (New,Popular,Relevant..), it still the same but directly access by image id is ok. And content overview often show 'Internal Server Error' messages from Monday.
Something wrong with index? |

we all have same problem.
All Approved images from 2nd April disappeared completely.
and the active images not showing that days approved images~~
what happened with 2nd April~~!!! |

my vector images are back now, they come also in a search result and are to see in the gallery |
