The pending time become longer than before since the approved photos disappear this is what I aware. but still don't know the exactly reason now, any guy can let us know the reason or is any new rules what shutter has now?

For those of you who are posting your batch numbers here that have not been reviewed this is not the best place to do it.

Those who are responsible for checking into this type of thing do not continually look at the forums. If you want them to look into it as fast as possible send an email to submit@shutterstock.com and give them the details. This way you also have a record of the email. Remember also that they have said in the past that it can take 10 days to do the review so make sure you wait that long.

I contacted support as Dave suggested and they've advised me to delete pending images and resubmit.
