Today my downloads are not showing in my ss account. Plz tell me, anyone facing same problem.??????? |

Same here since mid-day yesterday. Everything stopped being updated, D/L's and revenue. The only way to see D/L's is to go to the STATS and D/L STATS menu. The data shown in the table is not being updated, click on the date (far left in green) and you will be able to see your actual number of D/L' for that day. You'll have to manually calculate total revenues. |

Just checked my account - still no updating - but as I posted earlier you can check manually. Amazingly, the map display is showing new file sales!
On a more (slightly) worrying note, I just discovered in my image gallery all my new accepted files that appeared yesterday (they were approved on Tuesday) have now disappeared. This was the problem that happened a few weeks ago. They are visible in image search (keyword under NEW) but not in my image gallery. They were there yesterday. They don't appear under NEW, POPULAR, RELEVANT or RANDOM.
I just hope the two issues are connected otherwise the older problem appears to have returned. |

I'm seeing the same thing - sales show up on the day's details that don't on the stats page for the month.
Doesn't sound like it's platform or browser specific but I'm using Mac OSX 10.6.8 and Chrome |
