I have the same problem, starting the 18th of april. There are no sales shown in the download stats, but if I click on the day (18 april) to see the "downloads by date" I can see the downloads there. Still, the total does not reflect that. |

I checked yesterdays sales, I've been shorted $6.27 as far as I know so far, really got me worried. |

Yesterday I had 1 DL I can see the thumbnail, but the sales says 0 and today is not updated at all, it just shows a blank field. |

Good afternoon! Could you help me in my problem. The last loadings are displayed on the card but in the statistics it is shown that they haven't been appeared for 12 hours. The statistics hasn't been updated for 12-15 hours however it is said "To maintain database performance, stats are updated every hour."

No update for me either this morning, I was hoping for a quick fix of this issue... nope... now I am wishing for a quick response by SS, to let us know that they are on top of this...sigh! We should one: get compensated for all the bugs affecting business and two: get a raise... I say... |

Same for me, a few sales not updated yesterday, and none showing today. They do show in the thumbnails, but not on the stats page.

Missing 18 sales from the 17th and so far 6 today. Earnings not updating, too. :-( |

yeah thats what I am worried about. the individuel day pages are not showng anything, like I said it could be a slow day, but I find it highly unlikely that I would get ZERO sales when I have not had zero sales for several years, and it just happens to happen on a day that everyone is having these problems. |
