No stats update on my submit.shutterstock page also and even on detailed stats page.But if you click on certain date on the left(downloads by date),youll see that the stats and sales are on track.

Again. Go to Stats and then click on todays date and youll see your sales. |

The problem is that the downloads that don't appear in the "download stats" don't add up to the earnings.
If you go to "downloads by date" you can see them, but you don't get paid for them. |

i am missing sales today. no sales whatsoever in my stats and there are many when i open the sales date. i didn't count missing sales yesterday but they were less than usual. |

I'm missing sales also. This is a real worry. I also have 51 images pending since the start of April |

Let's hope you are right. Still, you can't keep telling people to just "click on todays date and youll see your sales", as long as todays sales don't add up to the total, this is not a fix for the problem ;) |

We are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. We apologize for the inconvenience and we'll update you as soon as it's fixed.
As many of you have noticed, none of your downloads or earnings are being missed (you can still see them on the daily summary pages) - this is an issue with the Download Stats summary page itself.

Stats for today is back!
But, I'm still missing out 7 Downloads or around 8 dollars from yesterday.. |
