I'm not able to track the thumbnails very often, so I don't even know how many sales are not counting.
So who knows if they will be able to track the sales correctly when they fix this bug? Worse, who knows they will even concern about that? There is no loose on their money...
These bugs are turning into very bad thing. Is there another agency with less bugs? |

There might be one with fewer bugs, but not one with sales as good. |

Oh.. i just noticed that i have sold few pix yesterday and today but they are not credited, nor they have come in download stat. I thought these were no sale days. Hope they will come one day. lol again new bug ??

As many of you have noticed, none of your downloads or earnings are being missed (you can still see them on the daily summary pages) - this is an issue with the Download Stats summary page itself.

Actually, I had a dl on this photo (Spray Bottle below) this morning and it WAS showing up on the daily summary page and on the map. It is still showing on the map, but now it is no longer on my summary page. Another image (Mother's Day) is on my summary page but is NOT showing on the map. Neither have been accredited to my account sales.
I just wanted to let you know.... I am sure that this may have to do with the fact that you are trying to rectify the original bug. Thanks for working on this!

The fix seems to be occurring, at least partly. Today's dl's are showing on the stats page, but yesterday is still missing 4 dl's, according to the thumbnails. |

Stats for today is back!
But, I'm still missing out 7 Downloads and around 8 dollars from yesterday stats.. |

Yep same here a lot still missing from yesterday.
Thumbnails are visible on the summary page but financials are not on stats page |

todays seem to be working but like other people yesterdays are still missing a ton of sales that are not reflected in the stats page or my total sales numbers. |
