My first ever SOD of this price... $15! That's pretty large if you ask me!
Not the most jaw dropping photo in the world, but pretty good and of a very specific type of landscape:

Wha?? What SOD level is this? We get paid some % on the price of the SOD but aren't they just ~$20? And the max % is ... what 30%?
So how does this work? I'm confused.
Congrats, btw! I'll take a $15 sale any day!

Hrmm I dont know... hope it wasn't a glitch! Maybe it was an "other" download which is listed in the same location. Don't know what that would mean though...

I thought it was just a fluke, I got my 2nd SOD of $18 in about a week. I'm thinking there being sold from a second party at a higher rate than SS sells them direct, but just guessing.

Sensitive use maybe? Although not sure why that requires sensitive use license. I just got two SODs that were $5.32 each, which sounds more like the normal rate.

Had a $28 SOD today, saw the increase in income for the day and assumed EL but it was SOD. Go figure!

Just thinking (yeah it hurts).....
SOD is single and other downloads - maybe SS have introduced a new single image purchase option we are not aware of yet, or a completely new licensing option to sit alongside ELs?

I got a $4.75 SOD of my vector dwg, below. But I don't know how the sod pricing works.

I got one of those $18.00 Single downloads yesterday as well :) I'm thinking that it is the results of those changes in contributor terms that we had to opt in or out of by March 1. The sensitive use clause was just part of those changes...
these are quotes from the email message that we received back in Feb...
We would like to tell you about an important update with great potential to increase sales for you. We are updating our Contributor Terms of Service (“TOS”) to enable new sales with a royalty of up to $75 per image download.
...
If you choose to participate, you will have the opportunity to earn much higher royalties from customers representing the top ad agencies in the world. "Sensitive uses" will be a small fraction of the licenses secured by these high volume buyers, but participation gives you full access to all of the sales opportunities that these buyers provide.
I imagine there will be many different price levels showing up in this column on occasion if we've opted to agree to the new terms. :) gotta love that!
At least I don't have to be too worried about the sensitive use clause with the cookies that sold yesterday =)

Congrats and wow.
Sensitive uses license pays more for any image?
Now that is a new one.

I had two $18 SOD's today. Not sensitive at all, just some egyptian hieroglyphs.
