Just bringing this one back.
Is everyone still experiencing long waits for reviews or is it back to normal yet?
It has been well over a month since anyone posted about review times so just checking. |

I've been waiting on batches uploaded April 6 & 7. This is at least twice as long as any wait I've ever experienced here. |

Like most of you, I contribute to more than a few sites. SS is, right now, the slowest. We have been spoiled by such quick reviews here in the past. Makes me ill to see the other places getting the pics first. |

I e-mailed to Submit@shutterstock.com last night about my images waiting for review since April 4th. I got a response today telling me to delete and resubmit because some sort of upload glitch had prevented them from moving on to the review que. I e-mailed back asking if that had affected the progress of those from the 7th and 8th too - waiting to hear back on that. I'm hoping that when I check tomorrow morning I'll find the whole group has moved through. |

I had two batches, submitted on the 13th, approved today. Five days total elapsed time. |

Hello,
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately there was an issue transferring the images from 4/9 and earlier
to our review queues, and did not make it to the actual review queue (even
though your account says it did).
The only solution is to remove these images from your "Status of Submitted
Photos" and resubmit them.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
why haven´t we had an explanation before like a few days after.. just great! |

My pictures are pending since 6 days now.
No review yet.
Is that normal?

Pending pictures during 4-6 days; approvals for 1 or 2 days in my port and than they disappear again. Than they show up after 4 days. I think that is not good for the sales |
