I hate it when they do that and then reject them on second attempt. Like, just reject them first time around instead of going through the hassle again when they werent going to be accepted in the first place.
The other day I had a photo rejected for some technical reason, fixed the reason and then they rejected for LCV. I mean, come on.

That does suck to get two separate rejections on the same (improved) images!
I just wish SS had an option to keep the keywords that were already submitted the first time around... having to keyword twice on the same batch of pics is the most annoying thing. Keeping my fingers crossed... second times a charm!

Don't you add the keywords to the IPTC data? Then you don't have to re-load them every time you upload the image.

I have yet to begin to do this... I know it would save time in situations like this... When you do add them to the IPTC and upload the photos, do the keywords automatically appear in the keyword section? If not, how do you get them their? Copy and paste? Thanks for the suggestion and the help!

Tanis, I dont know your workflow, but you can add keywords via Lightroom for example, add title and description. Or use Adobe bridge, for example, and then when you export the file the keywords are embedded on the .jpg with the title and description. When you then upload to stock sites or even Flickr, all your keywords and description are automatically populated. All you have to do then is pick the categories and submit. Saves you heaps of time.

Look, this is what I mean. Hot of the presses.
Why not reject the first one for trademark, instead of letting me fix the problem, and then hit me with trademark. Thats just stupid.

UPDATE... all 5 of the Breast Feeding photos that I uploaded were accepted!
Now I just hope that the medical field finds them and puts them to good use! ;)

Congrats! Now hope the customer that needs those images finds or knows of the hidden safe search box at the bottom of the screen. It used to be at the top. I don't understand why it's so hidden at the bottom. Why make it hard on the customers to find what they are looking for and put it at the bottom? Terrible marketing on their part.

I know, right!?! With your images, suggestive as they are (and really well done!) do you have to put a check for the 'contains nudity' box? I mean, you don't exactly show nipples but the idea is planted!
Also, have you noticed any impact on your sales since the move of the safe search button? Curious...

Thanks. I only have a few I was forced to mark for nudity. I guess it depends on how much is actually showing or implied. All of mine are implied other than a few that show full butt. I mark them as non nude and if it gets rejected for not being marked then I resubmit it marked. I learned that half a butt is ok but full butt is not. lol
The safe search when dropped to the bottom of the thumbnails killed any sales for those few I have labeled nude. I had a couple of dls from them within a year, but that's it. I even had a few models tell me I could upload any nudes of them and I told them it wasn't worth it because customers won't find them.
I would love to know the marketing reasoning to why it's hidden. They are losing potential sales if a customer doesn't know it's down at the bottom of the thumbnails. It causes customers to get their resources from other resources if they can't find it here. Just saying. I talked to a customer about a month ago looking for a nude pregnant woman they needed to publish in a Maternity book and they needed it fast. They couldn't find it here and never saw the "safe search" check box so they went some place else.
I've complained and asked SS why they market it that way but I haven't got a reasonable explanation about it yet.

You can do it in photoshop too, under file info. i recently figured this out and it is quite time saving. ;)
