This would have to be mine. I completed a headshot session with a young lady and decided to take a few shots of myself. To my surprise this ended up being a top seller while the model's pics have barely made a dent. lol

When I took this photo, I thought "Yes, I will upload this photo and add it to the already hundreds of isolated chalkboard images on SS". I figured I would just upload it and it actually does pretty good. Crazy. Great thread :)

I uploaded this picture in december and surprisingly it has very quickly become my best selling image here on shutterstock.

I can only imagine that as a picture of London it has something to do with the Olympics being held here later this year, however I am still surprised by its success.

Which picture of yours has surprised you with its success ??

It's a nice picture but watch out for a knock on the door in the middle of the night.

Uploaded by accident:

I was going to do an isolation but added it to a batch by mistake before I finished the work. It is my 6th or 7th best seller, outselling similars that I did finish the isolation on.

I thought the same as angelawaye and the chalkboard, another tennis ball isolated on white. Why not, upload it, and see what happens. Hopefully not everyone goes back to shooting isolated objects.
