i just upload 50 files (about 11GB of data) and any of this files show up in submit footage section.
This realy sucks, please can SS team fix this problem.

50 are gonna take a long time to show. I had 20 take 3 days once.

If the file uploads don't appear to be showing in your account, you can check this URL:

http://submit.shutterstock.com/footage_content_editor.mhtml

If there were errors, a section called "Failed Video Uploads" will display listing the files that can't be processed.

I just tried three different ftp programs. Same thing they show but after transferring to keyword part of the server they fail or fail to show up.

Same here. Files do not show up for keywording after they are processed.

Just received an email from SS that the processing issue is fixed. I'll give it a try tonight. Thanks SS!

It looks like last nights submission made it to the server. Now new problems.

After describing and keywording and submitting four things happened.

1. After input description it still showed "0" characters even when a description was typed in block.

2. Several words were removed because they were duplicate. They were not duplicate for example; fire, flame, fireman burn were removed.

3. After submitting it showed problem; "please include a description" when a description was definitely there.

4. Continued to submit and it was accepted. Was description saved?

I'm holding back a little longer until these issues are looked at.

Seems to accept description now, just submitted a bunch and it looked normal again.

I have 10 files in my FTP folder, 6 have fully uploaded but not showing in the submit area, the other 4 are partially uploaded as they were cut off during upload due to FTP error.

Using Filezilla, I could not restart the uploads the resume function is not allowed on the shutterstock FTP BUT using CrossFTP PRO the resume function works no worries.

SO to all that are trying to resume dead/broken FTP's I suggest getting crossFTP PRO (Im using 1.76a) this should resume the uploading process.

Alas once they upload they just sit in my FTP folder...over to you shutterstock.
