I hate the smell of cigars, so this one was hard to compose :-)

Looks sharp enough. General rule of thumb is sharp focus front to back, but I think this image may be the exception to the rule ... unless you can get all of the ashtray and cigarette in focus.
However, this is not an isolation. The shadow makes it an on-white image. To be a true isolation, there should be no shadow.

It IS sharp but it's overexposed with too many blown highlights.

Perhaps it would look better on black or on a natural setting.

My mistake. The confusion was caused due to the proximity of the portuguese word "Cigarro" with english cigar. Cigar in portuguese is "Charuto" (now I know).

However, its good to know when putting in the keywords, to call it cigarettes ;-)

Yeah baby, it is sharp.
Lighting is ok on the 2nd version. Congrats, you are getting to the point.
PS. I did not check WB nor blown highlights on the 2nd version, but it looks ok...
Save it for the 1st 10.

I think your good to go for first 10. But if it were mine I would isolate it. To me it looks cleaner and more useable. your call.
