Hi,

i can not upload footage since 1 week i have tried filezilla, wsftp etc. I load mov. clips pal 25 fps.16:9
Upload gets ok but my clips are never seen in the edit section.
I can upload my footage to other sites without any problems.
My system is PC Windows XP browser mozilla 11.
Maybe someone knows an advice for me.

Thank you very much
Jo

Glad it's not just me. I uploaded the same video twice, both times Filezilla said it was successful but it's never shown up (last loaded 4 days ago). I quit loading video until they get this worked out.

Well that's a relief it's not just me.
I tried a few times and at about 1-2 hours a time it's not joke to see that nothing is in the edit section.
I hope that they let us know when it is fixed.Has anyone contacted admin

That happened to me to the other day.
But all of the videos showed up 24 hours later.

As far as I know the server is externalized and is very very very slow. More: the preview files are squared and distorted.

I wonder if the 20 clips/batch limit is still available?

Again, uploaded footage is stuck on the server and is not moving to the edit section. Uploaded 7 files yesterday, 3 went through, 4 are stuck. Any way to reach support. They don't reply to the contact form in the Contact Us section.

Do you have automatic FTP processing turned ON or OFF?

If it is OFF, then you have to click a link on your front page that says something like: ”There are files in your FTP directory. If your uploads are finished click here”

Regards,
Christian.

Because of problems with automatic uploading, FTP processing is turned OFF. But the problem is that the files don't show up at my front page, although they are finished uploading and I can still see them on the server using a FTP program.
