OOF and may have some copyrights with shoes, bike or helmet?

Also why have her looking backwards at the camera? You need to shoot it from the front as she comes towards you.

I actually like her looking back, it's as if she is seeking approval or else showing pride. Unfortunately it is soft or out of focus.

A touch under exposed as well. You want to make sure that you get the face properly lit. Between the helmet and her coat the face is hidden a bit. A fill flash would help out here.

I kind of like the looking back aspect of it but would also shoot one with her looking forward as well.
