Please check this one. I'm eligible to resubmit again, but don't really see the point until I have 10 good candidates. I appreciate everyone's help so far.

Not sharp enough and snapshot composition.

I was hoping the focus was getting better. Appreciate your honest feedback.

It's not real far off, but not quite there yet (I don't remember how the focus looked in your earlier tries).

Composition suffers from cutting off the back and tail of the bird and shooting down on it instead of on its own level. The messy grass doesn't help things either.
