some problems with rejected image

Hi,
I have recently had this image rejected for 'Please tick the "R-Rated" box when submitting an image of this type'... I have looked hard at this image, but I have no idea where the problem could lie.

Can anyone help?

On the upload-page there is a box to check "Nudity/R-rated"

Exposed nipples are an automatic "R" rating.
