Now after submitting footage the descriptions and keywords are somehow becoming co-mingled with each other. I re-changed and made corrections to all of them. After submitting again all the footage had the same description that didn't match the footage and keywords were combined making around 95 keywords which is over the 50 max. The keywords also did not match the footage.
.
I spent an hour re-doing and got the same results over and over.
Anyone else having similar problems?

Does it have something to do about having the check boxes selected to the left of each clip? To submit only part of the available clips I believe the check boxes need to be selected on the ones to submit? I know that before I hit submit each clips description and keywords are correct but after submitting they all come back as same description and keywords. I've been using the new interface for a while now and this has never happened before. Any ideas?

I have clicked all the images for submission before, then notice I missed one description and went ahead and put it in, only to notice too late that I just changed the descriptions of all my submissions because they were all checked. That really bites, because good descriptions aren't always that easy to come up with. To have to go back and rewrite them all over again is frustrating.

I've done the same with copying pasting keywords on like videos, only to discover I had all the video's checked so it put those keywords in every submission.

Not saying it's the checks in your case, just saying be aware of what is checked and what is not if you are making changes or adding description or keywords.

Good Luck

The description and keywords applies to all SELECTED clips. Deselect all the clips prior to filling keywords, description and choosing categories. I had the same problem.
