Why, having spent more than a month ...
now I have not the ability to upload photos
to the ten other entrance exam?

If you did not achieve 7 out of 10 approved on your first submission then you have to wait one month before you are able to submit again.
Before you send in your second submission I would strongly suggest you post you’re your shots in the ‘Critique’ section, really helpful, but honest, people there. |

The question was - why i can't send second submission in spite of the one month has passed. I can't submeet too. Throughout several days I see message "that you consider submitting a new set of images to us for review at a later date (approximately 1 days from now)." What does it meen? |

If your first submission did not get the minimum 7 out of 10 accepted and you have waited at least 30 days from the time you received the failure notice and you cannot upload another ten images then you should contact support and give them the details. You can write them at submit@shutterstock.com
Only do this if you have waited longer than 30 days from when you received the notice. |

By now you should have your answer, it meant you had to wait one more day before the 30 days.
I'd bet you can upload now. :) That 1 days from now was how long until the 30 days waiting period was over. |
