Not from the workshop per se but from the day before we left. I promised to cook for Laurin, Midge and Lorraine so here is Laurin and I with the hand made lemon, black pepper pasta I made for the pasta with herb lobster sauce.
Also is the dessert I made, coconut panna cotta with tropical fruit.

Thank you Marlene for the sweet words...it was wonderful to meet you and I hope to keep in touch.
I am admiring everyone's photos/videos from the workshop. I submitted some and they are stuck in the review queue...we'll see if they make it.
Dave, I want to grab that dish through my computer screen if I can:) You are indeed a master chef and photographer! After seeing the image, I had to look up the recipe - I am no great cook but I am very tempted to try it now :)

If you want I can send you both recipes for the lobster pasta and the panna cotta. There are many different recipes for the coconut panna cotta and mine takes certain things from many of them.

Thank you so much. I think everyone enjoyed it. I know Midge ate the left overs while we were gone :)

Thanks Dave, do send me the panna cotta recipe. Lobster I do not eat (vegetarian) so don't worry about that one.

Dave - Did you take this photo the day you made it for everyone or was that a previous shot? Is that natural window light or a strobe? Very nice. I would like the recipes for both. I think you have my email address. Thanks.

The panna cotta shot was done at my home when I was doing some recipe testing. But, the finished product at Laurin's house looked just like it. I will send the recipes to you as well.

Dave, just cook me up a pot and send it to Dallas, I'm sure I don't have half the utensils necessary to follow the recipes!

Mike for the panna cotta all you need is a couple of bowls, measuring cups and measuring spoons and a knife. Plus I don't think I have ever made up a pot of panna cotta LOL
