On photos appearing a minor, should we include his age in the caption information? |

It isn't mandatory to put the age in. Most people will just use words such as child, youngster, boy, girl or what ever fits the image. If the age is important to the image then you would want to put it in. |

Captions are only required for editorial images. If you're referring to the description/title, then as Dave said, no, the age isn't required. |
