Hi all,

I always try to upload eps vector and its raster jpg as 2 separated files.

I use the http upload page, i choose there are 2 files, and i will use 3 slots to upload xyz.eps, xyz.jpg, and another duplicate xyz.jpg.

the system will take it as 1 eps and 1 jpg file, with all keywords read.

if there is a way i can do it using ftp? because the http method is a bit slow and I need to repeat quite a few times.

thank you.

Yeah you can do it as ftp just select your eps files add them to the queue in the ftp program then add the preview jpgs to the queue as well then click on the queue and upload. I use filezilla to upload.

Hi apotterdd,

what i want is to submit 2 copy of file, one is vector+jpg, and also jpg as raster image itself.

I use filezilla too, usually if i ftp 2 copy of same jpg, i will be asked to do something like overwrite or change name of duplicate jpg. So it is not possible to get the job done.

I hope i explain it well..thanks.

The large raster has to be done in a separate batch because the system will think that the large jpg is the preview jpg and then reject all you previews as being too small. I used to be able to do them with the java uploader all at once but something changed with that well over a year ago so that's not possible any more in the same batch.

I usually upload those all in one by ftp:

file.eps
file.jpg (800px)
file_BIG (self explanatory)

:-D
That's it
