I've uploaded one image from a batch of 10 three times - twice via FTP and once via the HTTP interface - and each time the "image processor" fails to process it and I get a message asking me to check that the file isn't corrupt and to re-upload it.

The image is, as far as I can tell, not corrupt in any way. Various programs can open it; other sites have been able to upload it without a problem. It is 18MB which is well under the size of others I've successfully uploaded here. I've double checked that I didn't goof in saving it as CMYK or something daft.

How can I figure out what is wrong from the "image processor" point of view? I can go through the submission process without a problem - so it generates the thumbnail and reads the keywords OK. Right afterwards if you look at it in the pending batch is says it's being processed, but in a few minutes that batch is gone with the error on the front page of submit dot shutterstock dot com.

Anyone else having any problems uploading today?

Almost pulling my hair out here, took me about 7 attempts to get a batch of 5 photos through. I am done for today with SS. Too many bugs all weekend, all over the shop.

This seems to be ongoing - I've had similar problems today (4 attempts to get a batch of 12 submitted)

Nice, I am working on more photos, I soon have another 20 ready. Want to get them in before they review my pending batches.

Here's the spurious message to look out for ; filename could not be read by our image processor. Please verify that the file is not corrupt and re-upload it
The files for which I got this error message are not corrupt, have all been successfully uploaded elsewhere and have been eventually accepted by SS at the second or third attempt. This has happened to me several times over the space of the last few days.
If you want to avoid a lot of time wasting and frustration it might be worth holding off from uploading until this bug is resolved

I have experienced this bug for a few days. Just the last upload of 16 files took for me 7 attempts.
Obviously, there is something wrong with the image processor.

Well, I tried my luck and no luck, 11 attempts to get 20 photos through. What bugs me the most is that this bug exists since Friday and nothing has been fixed after 4 days.

Had the same problem last week, took me 5 attempts to upload the file. I thought it was worked on and solved, but today it happened again, corrupt file when I submit for review.

I don't even get the message about corrupt file. It just disappears after I submit it without leaving any trace. Like I never submitted it. And it happened today also so its an ongoing problem.
