Hi,
I have just submitted my first batch of 10 pictures. Uploading seemed to go fine, I got no message that there would be any problems, but after editing (title, keywords, etc.) and finally submitting the photos, I got a message saying that two of the images "could not be read by our image processor. Please verify that the file is not corrupt and re-upload it."
Thought to re-upload, then to erase all images and upload the batch again, but whatever I try to do I get the message "Thank you for your submission
Our team of experts is reviewing your submission [...]"
Anyone has some idea how I could be able to still submit my whole batch of initial 10 photos?
Thank you... |

It sounds like you submitted your first ten and the computer on Shutterstock's end triggered the waiting period not knowing that two had problems uploading.
Were the two images that had problems proper images that met the minimum size standards? If everything was within the rules for submission then I would write support at submit@shutterstock.com and fill them in on the details. It sounds like the waiting period feature will need to be reset |

Thank you for your answer. As the pictures are Ok size-wise and are not corrupt either, I took your advice and wrote to support. Thanks, again! |

Yes, I have seen this thread as I looked for an answer to my problem. The difference would be that I don't even have the option to re-upload! First batch, limited status... Thank you, I will follow the thread. |
