Has anyone experienced a disappearing of images from the image gallery after being accepted and even sold? I've contacted SS Suport. Still waiting for an answer. |

Not sure if it's the same thing, but I'm sure I had one more image in my Port last time I looked than I do now...
Haven't been notified that anything's been removed, but the last time this happened was when SS started removing all the car illustrations :( |

This has been an ongoing problem for some time now. It seems to have lessened in the past month or so but it has been a big problem that they are working on. They will usually come back on their own. |

Thank you for your replies. Yes, they did come back last time, but I wasn't sure weather its because I wrote to the suport or just by it self (I didnt get a reply from them). Now that the same thing happened again I decided to share it on the forum.

Oh, it's that problem again? I thought the number of my images had gone down so I checked in the forum to see if something was going on. Hopefully whichever has gone missing will come back before too long then. Tx. |

It makes me feel better knowing that I am not alone in the problem :) Lets hope for SS to fix this as soon as possible. |

I am missing 50 images that were approved showed up and some even sold but are gone today. I also noticed they never showed up in my catalog manager to be added to sets. I'm wondering if I should hold off uploading any more at the moment. |

the same problem happened to me, too. i also wrote to the support in hope of getting the photos back. |
