composition is weak, imho, there is too much stuff in there, I don´t even know where to look at first, instead you have to guide the viewers eye to the point you want him at, with a successful composition, and now it looks like 2 half images somehow |

Hmmmm bread sticks?? Not sure if there is a big call for jam and bread sticks.
How about a little assignment? If you are game get an English muffin, your strawberry jam, a plate, a knife and perhaps a nice complementary colored napkin or place mat.
Using just these items style a shot but keep it simple. Toast the muffin put the bottom cut side up on the plate. Put some jam on the top piece and rest it up against the bottom piece so you can see more of the jam. Have the knife rest on the plate and use the napkin or place mat as a base for a touch of color. That's it. Keep it very simple. I want you to see how effective simple can be.
Don't be afraid to get in close so you don't show the entire plate. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. |

If you are in the UK, a even better choice would be a Scone with some of your strawberry jam and some clotted cream, simply scrumptous :-) |
