Is this normally? Older files are pending since a while and newer files are reviewed.

Has anybody the same problem?

Yes I have the same problem, I have some batches waiting more than one week meanwhile the new ones are being reviewed!

Same here, deleted, problem started at the same time they did the site overhaul. Half way the pending photos they werent reviewed anymore. Another batch was reviewed in the mean time as well. I have deleted all these pending photos and will submit on a later time.

There are also bugs with submitting photos at the moment. Too many bugs going on at the moment.

Same issue - had photos in the same batch reviewed I believe and others form the batch still pending. Newer batches have been reviewed since as well. I did submit a "help" request - no response as of yet.

If that is my only option, I will choose not to. Since they reviewed some but not all of large batches of editorial - it would take me significant time to figure out which ones are outstanding and re-upload just those.

Got a replay back that attributes it to "heavy submission volume". Seems inaccurate to me - follow up email sent.

I had 14 images stuck for almost two weeks (other half was reviewed and approved). Emailed support and specifically asked not to be sent a canned reply. As expected, that is just what I got - a canned reply, with an invitation to respond to their email if I was not happy. I did respond, complained about the canned response and asked for action. Finally got a reply which said that it seems that the 14 images are "corrupt" <sigh> and to delete and resubmit.

I have now done that, so we will see how it goes.

I suggest that if you have "stuck" images to delete, re-submit with a note to the reviewer why you are re-submitting
