I have just been accepted on Shutterstock but my images have not yet been released and when I go on the link for my image gallery it says there are no photos in this gallery. You can imagine my surprise when I checked to see if my images had been released yet and found that I have had a download and earned $0.25. My images still haven’t been released. How did that happen?

Your images are there, I can see them. The problem is that you most likely have your gallery set to Popular instead of New. Just do a search of the database for any image or click on the gallery of someone here in the forums and make sure to click on the New tab then look at your gallery again. You will then most likely see your shots.

It also can take some time to get all the servers syncd up to display everything.

Thanks for the info. Did as you said and I can now see my images. Also managed to find out which image had been sold via the download stats. Last question - how do I find out how many viewings each image has?

Regards

Shutterstock does not have that feature of how many views an image has.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll stop looking for it now.
