Greetings from Detroit:
While I am awaiting my acceptance from the review process, I thought I would see what you kind folk think of some of my work. Thus...

What's the size of your original image (height and width) in pixels? If that's truly a 100% crop, then it looks as if the original may be too small.

White balance is off (Goldish color cast to the image), composition (You have the horizon right in the mddle of the image, and Out of Focus. Looks like you shot this at F22, your going to see defraction at that point. I would go F11 - F16 for this shot. Also change your ISO to 100, that will help

The original is 4272 x 2848. I guess I am still trying to figure out how to do a 100% crop in Lightroom.

Here's what a 500 by 500 pixel crop of your original image would show. Not this size of course, but what it should show. Just the three red lights.

Looks like some serious banding of some type because that looks like what you see when you take a picture of a computer screen.
OOF and a lot more BTW.

Just a comment on some of the comments above. The gold hue is obviously deliberate, so I don't think that would be a problem. And street names are not copyrighted. (Heaven help us if they go that far!)
