[b]I waited over 30 days to submit the file after the rejection, why now i can't submit new content...?

Before you try submitting again, post some samples in the 'Critique' forum and let the guys take a look to see if there may be any issues. |

but yesterday a notice of Shutterstock approximately 1 days from now, today notice from Shutterstock, approximately 1 days from now, tomorrow I think same a way...
what should i do... |

several people have had this problem recently. It seems as if after the 30 day waiting period the timer is not resetting. Have you received any emails stating whether or not your images were approved?
If it has been at least 30 days you may want to write support and give them the details. |

I also have the same problem...
and I got the mail few days ago。
but I still can't upload photo today。
I send a Email to Shutterstock but no reply...
