As you probably noticed, we continue to experience issues with some old and new images not appearing properly in your portfolios at this time. Our tech department is working hard to correct the issue(s) and we expect the images to be back soon.
Every "missing" image can be searched by ID number and a large number of "missing" images can also be searched by keywords. There is no need to report the missing images to us. Do know that we are very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

As I see it, it is still not right. Still missing images who have been approved days ago.
When do you think this will be resolved? |

As i have said in one of these threads before how can a buyer know how to search for say a horse by ID# when they dont know what the ID# corresponds to.
What is image #99,875,473 is it the horse the buyer is looking for? Or is it something else? This is bad for us because if they are searchable by ID no one knows what picture number is what they are looking for.Basically they are pissing in the wind.
And btw ID#99875473 says the following:
| Quote: | | This image pending approval or doesn't exist | So the buyer didn't find his horse yet. |

Dear Contributors,
As has been noted, the issue with images in some portfolios that was resolved recently has returned. Our tech department has been notified and is working diligently to correct this 'new' issue. We expect the images to be back soon.
As referenced once before, every "missing" image can be searched by ID number and a large number of "missing" images can also be searched by keywords. (Searching by image ID is useful for your own promotional purposes as a direct link (i.e.: Twitter or Facebook.)
We always appreciate you notifying us of these matters, but there is no need to report more missing images to us at this time as we have collected enough examples for our tech team to investigate and resolve this matter soon.
As always, we appreciate your patience and are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Anthony Correia

Yes, but it is very important for us to have a full upgraded profile, for example my profile is now a disaster, nothing is working, missing images, darkroom not actual, stats are not the same often, Catalog manager not updated in more than one week, not getting emails after reviews or getting them late, all this make me very confused, I don't know if I can believe in my stats, I don't know which images are really popular or the real stats of each one, I can not plan or decide what create next because nothing in my profile is showing the same info or is not coordinate! I know that I am selling, that's great, the buyers can find the images by keywords and so on, good, but I can not manage my account and make my plans how it should be.
I appreciate very much that SS is hardworking for fixing this problems, I hope I will get a full updated and normal working account soon!
Thanks |

So Perry how did you start a sticky?
I thought only SS moderators, reviewers or SS personnel could start threads as such???? |

While ago I was checking my account, to see if it is working normally and all the problems I had was fixed. But not, it is now worst than yesterday. When I wanted to see if the catalog manager is finally updated with the all new approved images that are still missing in my portfolio, so it says now that I have not Images for creating sets, even five sets are showing in my home page, then I wanted to check the same in the dark room and it says that I have not sold any one image. it is terrible. When the missing images in my portfolio will appear? when the sales stats will show the same info? When I will be able to manage my sets and Catalog? When I can check the darkroom with actual information and all my approved images? When I will get reviewed the 5 images that are waiting already more than one week meanwhile the new ones are being approved without sending me an confirmation email? I am very confused! I just would like to have a full operative profile as I had two weeks ago, when all was working great, all my images was in my portfolio and I could see and manage my sales and designs without problems.
Thank you in advance to the SS team that I know are working hard for fix it. I hope I can enjoy of my SS experience and manage my profile so easy and efective as before!
Thanks. |

I'm having the same problem as "renomartin" too. My catalog manager is not working as well.
It says "You don't have any content to organize. Please upload some so you can use this tool!"
And my portfolio page doesn't show as well.
It says "The Shutterstock server encountered an error. The system administrator has been notified. If you want to help us track this error down, please Contact Us with the exact steps you performed so that we can try to replicate this error. Thanks!"
I can't submit photos or anything either.
And, I also have 6 images missing still since last week.
I hope everything will be fixed soon! |

I'm sorry I don't want to be rude but you expect us to sit and wait and even not to report our missing images any more.
We are loosing money here. It's not a game,it's business.
Do you know how frustrating it is to spend hours working on a batch and giving your best to produce good selling images, just to see them missing from your port again.
And the only thing we could do about it was to report them to you,so you can fix it.
Now you tell us not to do it...
This is not the way things should be handled here |
