It's amazing that this has not yet been fixed. I tried to upload and got hit by the error.
SS, please fix (or at least communicate with us and tell us what the problem is). |

Just this morning I tested HTTP with Google Chrome, no issues with bad gateway. Succesful submission. |

Download chrome, try it 2 times, upload ok, but when i try with my third illustration, same error message> 502 Bad Gateway... :-( i think the application we use was not the problem, SS please fix the problem!

I had a few days in a row (except a weekend) without an error. And now I'm back! :) |

Still not fixed. Still no word from support giving an indication of what the issue is and when it will be fixed.
Interestingly, this problem did not occur when I used the browser plugin. It might be with the "http" option only which could also be why there are not a lot more people complaining.
Update: I managed to upload my vectors using ftp so it's likely that the 'bad gateway' issue is only if you are trying to use the http method.
In some ways, ftp is more convenient (at least for me) - especially as it seems to be working well :) |

Today I have Bad Gateway error too. I uploaded small batches with 3 - 4 vectors (max 8 files)... Some of them were Ok.. other have error.
When i try to upload via FTP i have error and my jpgs are not linked with eps files..
There is no way how can i upload new images comfortably ....
Please fix it. |

Not having any problems, could be a particular location server. |
