Yesterday have some image reviewed and no email!

Same for me. Started about two weeks ago, in the same time as 502 error.

+1 here. I have no email for the last batch of images, and before that, I got just a few mails, not for all accepted images.

Plus, accepting images take so long nowadays :( It was 1 or 2 days, but now it takes at least a week.

Its the second time that after my uploads are approved, i don't get any email with the details of the images that were approved/rejected and the reasons why...

no email, but images are in portfolio and nothing is missing, that's good :)

There is a known issue in regards to the automated confirmation email(s) of recently reviewed batches. We are currently working to resolve this issue at this time.

As a reminder, you may log into your contributor account at any time at http://submit.shutterstock.com in order to check the Status of Your Images. Under the “Stats” tab, click on "Status of Submitted Photos", go to "Rejected photos", and choose the corresponding batch. All of the reasons will be listed there.

Once more information is available, I or another member of our staff will post an update here.
