OOF and i can see that without the crop but the 100% crop would be nice.

When it comes to animals and people it is all about the eye's and there are none visible on your cat.

i agree with you on the eyes thing , the idea of my photo , is that the cat is hiding her face from the day light ... i got your point .. thanks
but is it OOF totally , or up to an accepted level ?

I like the pose I disagree about having to see the eyes. Clearly this cat is sleeping and I find the pose interesting. But this photo has other problems, the crop is wrong and too tight, I'm sure you were just trying to crop out distractions but it doesn't work. Also the 100% crop should be on the face, The crop you did show us is OOF and needs to be sharper to be accepted.

And there is the lighting issue with vignetting in the corners.
