I just tried my port, semmickphoto and Barry's and got the same error for each of us!
My front page is also having issues in the right window as well as some other missing information below it.
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@shutterstock.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache/1.3.41 Server at submit.shutterstock.com Port 81"
In addition when I do search on the buyer side... and use more than one keyword for the search, I receive the following error.
"Oops!

Isn't that about the same time IS fired all their IT people? Lord I hope SS didn't pick them up. The IS site was a disaster back them. Could explain a few things, however.
I also checked both Laurin's and Susan's port. No problem. Tried both the Popular and New options and both worked fine. This may be restricted to just one or two servers. Luck of the draw as to which one you happen to get when you log on.

All my 27 missing images only show up in my port today, if I choose the relevant option only.

I uploaded some and then all everything went to hell. Internal service error that you have all seen the looked at my port and I lost several images that were accepted about 2 days ago. Something big just happened at the server. I have several to upload but I guess I will wait until tomorrow. Best site for microstock ever but maybe we are just too good to survive like the Romans, Aztec's and American Indians.

You probably missed it... the issues I mentioned seem to have been fixed.
My guess would be that they are working on the site and ran into some blips.
However my last two batches are still missing and non searchable.

All my latest batches show missing images when you search for them and when you check new on my port. Beyond frustrating.

lol! Now that is rich! They have had a "special" team working on this on the past 9 months??!!... They are special alright, milking it all the way or being totally incompetent! ... I have said it before and will say it again, we all deserve a raise as a matter of compensation for all the bugs crawling around which do affect our sales! (searchable by number... very helpful for buyers!)...
