The thing is they want to reduce amount of incoming emails to support team which must be already very busy.

They always come with a general fix for ALL missing images, not just one by one according the image IDs people post in the bug section threads. I never reported missing images IDs and they got always fixed together with others.

So sending more emails to support and creating more threads with image IDs is not really helpful in the current situation. I guess thats what they wanted to say.

I'm sorry I don't want to be rude but you expect us to sit and wait and even not to report our missing images any more.

OK, just spent a fortune travelling half way round the world for the Monument Valley workshop, followed by hours of post-processing. Now all my recent images have disappeared from my port and are NOT searchable under main keywords. I'm pretty p***ed off.

Can we have a time frame as to when our images are likely to reappear?

Exactly, when this problem will be fixed? How long we must wait? Not only for the missing images (I am missing more a more everyday) but also the other bugs... all was ok, what happened??

Exactly.
I understand that problems like this bugs in the site happens and to be honest I can live with it as long as I know they are trying to fix them.
What I can not stand is the attitude
We are not children,we try to make money of this for us and for SS,and the missing and not searchable images ARE BIG DEAL for me and I'm sure for everyone else here.
So please SS give us some proper responce and not this"no need to report more missing images"

My latest batch was there for two days, now missing and not searchable. No buyer can search by ID as you need to see the image to know the ID. This is now getting to the stage that adding new images is a total waste of time. New stuff hardly ever sells anymore. Please put the search back to when new images always sold.

I got the bug too :)
I really don't want to go on to anyone's nerves, we all love and depend on SS, but I'm a bit confused by the number of threads.
Do we report the missing batches or not?
Anyhow, just in case, yes, my approved images are missing too.
Everything I uploaded starting 29 April 2012 is now missing from my gallery.

Batches :
22281349
22281352
22281355
22327891
22418386
22418398

Thank you for all the help,

Ok, great, in my homepage already appear all my images! Thank you! It is a progress!, but still missing in my portfolio and in the Catalog Manager and in the Darkroom utility. The Sales Stats are again working good and the sales started again to work, but what happened with my sales between the midnight of yesterday and the afternoon of today? I never was not selling nothing in such time. Will appear also? Well the good is that finally I am watching a progress in my account in the good direction! Thank you SS Team! please continue!

I thought only SS moderators, reviewers or SS personnel could start threads as such????

My "missing" photos are back! However, they did not make it into the Catalog manager area. Oh, well, at least they are in my port.

I also have 4 missing images from the batch number 22842116.

Can SS take a look at this?
