This is a close approximation to a famous photograph by Bill Brandt from 1937, although in no way capturing the atmosphere of the original. I think I'm about 2ft off from where he took his photograph. It's more likely to be rejected for LCV but could it also be done for copyright if submitted?

Snickel is slang for dick in the Dutch language...

I dont think photographing the same street will be dinged for copyright.

However, there is a case were a photographer got sued for sued for copyright infringement over a similar looking image of a London bus and the court accepted the complaint for copyright. Strange things can happen

Bill Brandt was my inspiration to photography after seeing his images in"Picture Post",and"Lilliput"-did you know that he got that "soot & whitewash" effect by using a 4b pencil on his rolleiflex negatives?
By the way your shot isn't very sharp.

In regards to sharpness, I always find uploading to this forum that the crop is never sharp or slightly soft. It will be interesting if it will be rejected for that reason rather than copyright or LCV which it has been before.
