Where is "potential trademark or copyright infringement

Illustrations are rejected because of "potential trademark or copyright infringement", but I can't see what is wrong.

Can anyone tell me what is "potential trademark or copyright infringement" in next two illustrations?

It's the sheet music. You have to submit it with a property release to assure them that you wrote it, it wasn't photocopied and scanned in from some published source. No big deal.

However your headset looks pretty rough, like it was Live Traced with very low thresholds, I'd clean that up a bit.

I agree it is the music. Also I think the headphones will get a rough edges rejection.
