I'm a newbie that's getting frustrated with my keywords on the SS submissions page.
Why does it change the order of the IPTC keywords that are already attached to the image?
I do some of my basic keywording in Lightroom then finalise in PS. Every site I upload images to replicates my keyword order perfectly - except SS, where the get jumbled up.
As an example, here's an image of a Red Squirrel in my catalogue
http://www.shutterstock.com/g/Andrew+Astbury#id=101884108
The embedded IPTC keyword order is:
red squirrel; squirrel; mammal; fur; tail; bushy; eating; food; nut; hazelnut; cute; animal; wildlife; nature; natural; dark; smooth background
but SS jumbles this order:
animal, bushy, cute, dark, eating, food, fur, hazelnut, mammal, natural, nature, nut, red squirrel, smooth background, squirrel, tail, wildlife
Why doesn't SS simply replicate my keyword order - or am I missing something?
Many thanks for reading. |

It just puts them in alphabetical order. The keywords are not weighted here, so you don't have to worry about having the most obvious keywords shown first.
Your shots are beautiful and the buyers will find them! |

Well if the keywords are not weighted that certainly makes things easier my end!
Thanks very much Jane :) |
