Hi! I've sent a batch last week and half of it was accepted and the other half is still on review... I thought the rest of it would be reviewed but no. I sent another batch, which got accepted, but half of the previous batch is still stuck...
Anyone had the same problem? What to do? |

I have the same problem. Never seen something like this before. Usually the whole queue reviewing at once. I think it's bug and will reupload later.
UPD: It was reviewed next day. It's strange, anyway.

The reply I got was that it is simply due to "heavy submissions traffic"....which seems inaccurate to me. It in no way explains why 3/4 or 1/2 of a batch was reviewed and the remainder hangs out there. |

Why would that be inaccurate? Sounds like a legit reason to me. |

Why would that be inaccurate? Sounds like a legit reason to me. |
That would be accurate for the long review times, but not for splitting batches into multiple parts and reviewing them at different times. The only time that is normal is when you've submitted mixed images ... illustrations, photographs and/or editorial ... all in the same batch. |

Sure it is, everybody has some photos reviewed now and up for sales. Instead of people having all reviewed and some having to wait even longer. |

The point I think you are missing is that some images in the same batch were reviewed several days ago. Some were not and now images uploaded since then have been reviewed. That is not a delay that is a bug |

i've submitted 2 photos in a same batch, one of them reviewed and rejected and the other still waiting, but i think there's another bug guys, these 2 photos are corrupted. It was fine when i submit it two weeks ago. |

I submitted 16 Illustrations for review in April some were accepted and I still have 8 waiting since 4/29 I have emailed SS twice and have not received a response. What is going on? |

Same for me. Still some images in review which were uploaded on May 1st. I uploaded more images during the month and none of them was already reviewed.

I contacted SS and they said there was a glitch, to delete pending and re-upload. |
