Hi guys,
I am trying to sign up as a new contributor, but judging by how it's going it may take me a while. I can't even seem to get my ID accepted. God only knows what will happen to the test submissions.

I have scanned and uploaded both sides of my residency permit in one jpg file, and it has been refused twice with the following:
Please save a copy of your passport/identification document and your
Visa/Proof of Residence into one [1] file. Please upload one [1] file into
your account. Be sure that your document is in focus.

As I said, there is only one jpg file, and as it is a scan from a flatbed I don't see how it can be out of focus.

Can anyone help me out here and suggest what may be wrong or what I should be uploading?

Thanks.

Its been quite a while since I have had to do this part but from what I see as to what you submitted and what they are asking for are not the same.

You say that you have scanned your residency permit (both sides) and they are asking for your passport or identification document AND a Visa or proof of residence which is two documents, not just the one you submitted.

Also is the address you are submitting where you are living now match what is on the document you are sending in? From what I remember these two need to be the same.

I cannot say for sure. They usually want a driver's license or a passport. If you want you can write to Shutterstock at submit@shutterstock.com and ask.
